All work performed by Tub & Tile Restoration LLC is strictly cosmetic surface refinishing. Our refinishing coating is engineered to last well beyond the 3-year warranty period, but the process itself does not alter, remove, repair, or modify the structural integrity of any bathtub, tile, vanity, fixture, or surrounding plumbing. Like painting a wall, it changes the look of the surface without permanently altering the shape, structure, fixtures, or form of the underlying fixture. Any structural or plumbing issue identified before, during, or after service falls outside the scope of this warranty and should be addressed by an appropriately licensed trade professional.

Tub & Tile Restoration LLC warrants that the refinishing coating applied by the company will remain free from peeling, delamination, loss of adhesion, and blistering caused by defective workmanship or application, for a period of three (3) years from the date of completion.

If a covered defect occurs during the warranty period, Tub & Tile Restoration LLC will inspect the issue and, if determined to be warrantable, will repair or refinish the affected area at no charge.

The warranty remedy is strictly limited to repair or refinishing performed by Tub & Tile Restoration LLC. Under no circumstances will the company provide refunds, partial refunds, credits, discounts, cash settlements, payment for third-party repairs, or replacement fixtures or materials. The company's sole obligation under this warranty is repair or refinishing of covered workmanship defects.

This warranty does not cover:

Customer misuse — use of abrasive cleaners, scrubbing pads, steel wool, Magic Erasers, harsh chemicals, or improper cleaning methods.

Physical damage — chips, cracks, scratches, impact damage, dropped objects, or damage caused by pets, children, tenants, contractors, or guests.

Water and moisture issues — plumbing leaks, failed caulking, water intrusion, excessive standing water, or structural movement.

Existing conditions — rust, prior repairs, hidden damage, structural defects, manufacturer defects, or movement of the substrate beneath the coating.

Commercial or improper use — use outside normal residential bathroom conditions, or excessive wear and abuse.

This warranty is immediately void if:

• The refinished surface is used before the required 48-hour curing period has elapsed.
• Care instructions are not followed — including storing bottles, soaps, razors, or bath toys on tub or shower ledges, allowing standing water to remain on the surface, or using prohibited cleaning products.
• Any touch-up, repair, refinishing, or modification is performed by anyone other than Tub & Tile Restoration LLC.

All warranty claims must be reported promptly. Tub & Tile Restoration LLC reserves the right to inspect the surface before determining whether a condition is covered, and has sole discretion to determine whether a defect results from covered workmanship issues or from non-covered conditions, misuse, abuse, maintenance failures, or external causes.

Tub & Tile Restoration LLC shall not be liable for incidental damages, consequential damages, loss of use, hotel expenses, lost income, plumbing costs, mold remediation, water damage, or property damage beyond the refinished surface itself. Maximum liability shall not exceed the original amount paid for the refinishing service.

Tub & Tile Restoration LLC maintains active Nevada business licensing and general liability insurance. Documentation is kept on file and will be furnished upon written request.

By accepting service, the customer acknowledges that they:

1. Received the Care & Maintenance Guide.
2. Understand the required 48-hour cure period.
3. Understand that no refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
4. Understand warranty claims are limited solely to repair or refinishing by Tub & Tile Restoration LLC.
5. Understand failure to follow care instructions voids the warranty.
